This arrangement was originally prepared to accompany the annual Suzuki violin concert in Cambridge, UK in 2016. Since I discovered that this most popularly performed song has finally entered the public domain, I thought I'd record this to share with the public as my way of celebrating the occasion. I hope this arrangement will be useful for many happy returns!
